We sell internationally, ensuring our service meets the needs of shoppers in every country we deliver to. Our governing law for terms of use is the laws of Victoria, Australia, but this never limits the mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.

What We Sell

We specialize in tools for woodworkers and DIY enthusiasts, including:

• Measuring tools, such as protractors made from durable aluminum alloy
• Router accessories and compatible bases

If you are unsure if a jig fits your router, please check the product details for base dimensions and compatibility notes. Our carry cases are designed with hard shells to resist water and protect contents.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard tracked shipping to every country listed at checkout, with no minimum order value. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency.

• Processing: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. We place the order with our supplier partner, who packs it and hands it to the carrier.
• Delivery Times: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Some countries and remote areas may take up to 20 business days.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear. Signed-in customers can also view orders under Account > Orders.
• Multiple Parcels: Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

If an item cannot be delivered to your address, we will inform you within 1 business day and refund that item in full. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for parcels sent to wrong addresses entered by the shopper.

Customs and Taxes

In many destinations, VAT or GST on imports is included in the price shown. In some countries, such as Canada, sales tax is shown and added at checkout. For other locations, any import duties or taxes are set and collected by the destination country upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy is straightforward:

• Change of Mind: Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items that are used, assembled, have broken hygiene seals, or are personalised are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
• How to Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will reply within 1 business day with instructions and the return address, which may be in another country.
• Costs: The shopper pays return postage for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the return arrives. Your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show the funds.
• No Exchanges: Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if you need a different item.

Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will refund you in full or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Consumer Rights

The mandatory consumer protection laws of your country always apply in addition to these policies. This ensures you are protected regardless of where you live.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we never see your full card numbers. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
